New Patient Appointment


Even if it’s been awhile since you’ve seen a dentist, we’re here to help! Our comprehensive services and customized treatment plans are tailored to fit your needs – and your budget.

Your first appointment with us will consist of an examination, set of full mouth x-rays and evaluation of your oral health. A teeth cleaning can usually take place this visit. However, a complex medical history or active periodontal disease may warrant an additional appointment.

Initial appointments are typically scheduled for 60 minutes. We ask all new patients to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to complete any necessary paperwork. New patient paperwork is available under Forms They can be completed prior and brought with you to your appointment.

Our payment options include cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer convenient, low monthly payments from CareCredit, the nation’s leading patient payment program. CareCredit can help you with a low monthly payment plan for fees ranging from $300 to $25,000. .

Go to CareCredit’s website and fill out an application for a medical payment plan. If you are approved, you can pay for treatments over time, including deductibles and treatment not covered by insurance. You don’t have to worry about reapplying or annual fees.

Around age two, we recommend scheduling your child’s first dental visit. The visit is usually short and involves little treatment. We may ask you to sit in the dental chair and hold your little one during their examination.

The doctor will gently examine their mouth, teeth and gums. If possible, the hygienist will clean your child’s teeth and may apply topical fluoride to protect against decay. Most importantly, they will evaluate habits and review with you how to properly care for your child’s teeth.

Do I need emergency dental care?

Call the office right away. The staff can determine whether you need to come into the office or go to urgent care. Even outside normal business hours, an emergency line is available.

Emergencies include:

  • Knocking out a tooth
  • Broken or fractured tooth (depending on severity)
  • Jaw injuries
  • Injured lip or tongue
  • Toothache accompanied by swelling

What to do about a lost filling or crown? On occasion, dental fillings and crowns may fall out. This is rarely an emergency. However, it can be uncomfortable and you should schedule an appointment to see your dentist promptly.
